What is social media you ask? It is a movement driven by a world sick of having their lives interupted by advertising. We want more in the modern era. We want a relationship. Zappos has proven that people will pay more for a product when they get a better relationship.

Hard to believe this Youtube video is 2 years old. The break up analogy is perfect. Relationship marketing is the future, advertising is dieing.
